At Academy Del Sol, Fine Arts are not electives — they are essential. Music, visual arts, theater, and movement are woven into every student’s day, every grade, both campuses.

This education will instill students with the “essentials of academic knowledge” — including reading, writing, mathematics, science, social science, and humanities — in order to compete and be productive members of society.

Yes — completely. Academy Del Sol is a public charter school. There is no tuition, no application fee, and no cost to enroll. Every student and every family in Tucson is welcome, regardless of zip code or income level.
Academy Del Sol serves students from Kindergarten through 8th grade at both the Star Valley Campus (West Tucson, 85757) and the Roger Road Campus (Central Tucson, 85705).
At Academy Del Sol, Fine Arts are not electives — they are essential. Music, visual arts, theater, and movement are integrated into every student’s school day, every grade, at both campuses. We believe creative expression builds better academic learners and more confident people.

Both campuses serve K–8 and share the same mission, curriculum, and Fine Arts identity. Star Valley is located in West Tucson at 7102 W. Valley Crest Pl. (85757) and is Home of the Firebirds. Roger Road is located in Central Tucson at 732 W. Roger Rd. (85705) and is Home of the Roadrunners. Families typically enroll at the campus closest to their home.
