Achieve Education Group (AEG) was founded by educators who have spent their careers in classrooms, school administration, school board meetings, parent conferences, and superintendent roles. We know what it takes to run a school—not in theory, but in practice. Our story began with a simple observation: too many organizations create solutions for schools without understanding what actually happens inside them. Meanwhile, the most important person in the building—the kid in the seat—is too often overlooked in decision-making.

AEG was created to change that. We began our work in charter schools, supporting leaders who were juggling rapid growth, limited resources, and rising community expectations. Our team developed systems that increased operational stability, strengthened academic programs, and built cultures where teachers and students could thrive.

Over time, our impact expanded to include independent schools as well, where the goals are similar: build strong learning environments, honor the mission, and deliver excellence every day.

Today, AEG partners with schools across diverse communities, tailoring solutions to their unique needs. Our approach is hands-on, collaborative, and grounded in experience.
